Leadership Team
Himali Kothari is General Partner at Ruby Capital Partners. She is the founder of Aquamarine Value LLC, building cross border capital from the US to Singapore via capital raising and M&A. Himali previously worked at National University of Singapore (NUS) where she helped launch and execute Singapore’s First Student Managed Fund (SMF) and was appointed CRO and COO of the SMF. While there, she was tasked with running the centre’s day-to-day operations including marketing, investor relations, and business development.
Himali's experience has ranged from asset management to hedge funds globally, with experience primarily in quantitative & fundamental research and analysis of equities spanning numerous geographic markets and different capital market cycles. She also has global macro experience.
Himali received her Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Northeastern University in Boston.
Evan Lim is based in Singapore and is General Partner at Ruby Capital Partners. Evan's experience has ranged in Global Asset Management to Private Banking in Singapore as well as CEO of the first established Indonesian asset management company in Singapore successfully building the offshore business. Evan's relationships are SOE for both private and public institutions and large government banks, HNW. Key accomplishments:

We want to transfor to GPs and investing alongside our LPs to becoming global venture builders. Given our cross -border partnership, our advantage is to give access to under the radar strategies to our LPs and have the balance sheet to scale globally.
We want to be an asset manager not fee aggregators and showcase the marginal return on investor’s capital on project’s returns.
